Privacy Policy

Effective November 2, 2026

This policy explains what information is handled when you play games made by 3Kids Studios, including Neon Fleet: Space Shooter ("the game"). The short version: we don't ask for your name, email, or any account, and we don't sell your information. The game shows ads from Google, and Google collects some device information to show them.

Information we collect

3Kids Studios does not collect or store personal information about you on our own servers. The game has no sign-up and no account with us.

Information stored on your device

Your game progress (best levels, coins, upgrades, and settings) is saved only on your phone. It is not sent to us. Uninstalling the game deletes it.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The game shows ads through Google AdMob. Some ads are optional "rewarded" ads you choose to watch for an in-game bonus. To show and measure ads, Google may collect and use:

• your device's advertising ID,
• device and app information (model, operating system, language, app version),
• your approximate location based on your IP address,
• ad interactions, such as which ads were shown or tapped.

Google's use of this information is covered by Google's Privacy Policy. You can learn how Google uses information from apps at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services. You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your phone's settings (Settings › Google › Ads, or Settings › Privacy › Ads). Where the law requires it, the game asks for your consent before personalized ads are shown.

Google Play services

The game is distributed through Google Play. If you use Google Play Games features such as leaderboards, Google handles your Play Games profile and scores under Google's Privacy Policy. Google Play may also send us anonymous crash reports and usage statistics, which we use only to fix problems and improve the game.

Children

The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the game, contact us and we will help remove it.

Sharing and selling

We do not sell or rent personal information. Information is shared with Google only as described above, to show ads and run Google Play features.

Your choices

• Turn off personalized ads or reset your advertising ID in your phone's settings.
• Skip optional rewarded ads; the game can be played without them.
• Delete all saved game data by uninstalling the game.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
